Martial Law V2

I was never really satisfied with the original rendering of this, somehow it looked kinda off and i couldn't really get it to look as i wanted. So i decided to revisit it (because it has way too many details to go to waste...) but started experimenting and i actually like the rainy version a lot better. So, here it is. Rainy version
